Working in L&D, I’m the ‘Robin Hood’ of skills - sharing it with people who need it most. I’ve worked in a tech startup turned-ASX-listed company, setting up their L&D function (among other things!) and am in the process of doing it again.


I like to explore and experiment. I make mistakes and don’t ask for help as much as I should. I think I’m funny.


Firefighter, Travel Agent, Recruiter, and Cartoon Character, my path to L&D has been anything but typical, and I’m glad to be here.


I believe everyone deserves the opportunity to flourish at work, and access to effective Learning and Development is fundamental to making this happen.
